Acacia Eco was born after two of the founding partners were inspired by a TED talk video, leading to a pilot Miyawaki forest. The results of the pilot project were phenomenal, and we started thinking about how mini-forests using this method could have a huge impact, especially in densely populated cities. We are pursuing this business since we believe in the cause, and believe there is a sustainable business model with potential to have huge impact. We are individuals from diverse different backgrounds that have come together by our love for nature and intent to plant trees at scale.
