AqlCare helps families detect early signs of Alzheimer’s and mild cognitive impairment (MCI) through regular video calls. Built as a Zoom plugin, it listens during natural conversations and analyzes speech to flag cognitive decline before symptoms become obvious. The system uses a machine learning pipeline aligned with MoCA and MMSE criteria to score attention, memory, and language in real time. Results are shown in a simple dashboard, highlighting any decline from baseline. Our goal is to make early cognitive screening as routine and stress-free as a phone call.
