Carbon13 isn’t just a fund, we build ventures to create dealflow by working with exceptional founders in our venture builder programme. Our origins are in Cambridge, UK and we now include hubs in London and Berlin. We have 89 ventures in our portfolio all with an impact case in addition to an investment case. Supporting them we have 450 domain experts, a jobs board of previous applicants, unique training specific to building a venture capable of protecting Earth’s Vital Systems. Ultimately we aim to reunite financial returns with significant impact. We are not a growth fund – we create dealflow. We are not a generalist - we focus on innovations to protect Earth’s Vital Systems - with climate change first and foremost. We generate significant value add via our programmes, and with the right support we can rival Y Combinator but in Europe and for climate.
