About

DoctorTool is the digital backbone of Indonesian primary healthcare. Since 2015, the company has built and operated technology that helps Indonesia's clinics, community health centers (puskesmas), midwifery practices, and a growing number of hospitals manage patient records, fulfill national insurance (BPJS) reporting, monitor vital signs through IoMT devices, and deliver better care to underserved communities. Today, DoctorTool serves 2,500+ clinics and 16,000+ healthcare workers across 325 cities in 37 provinces of Indonesia and managing care for more than 15 million patients. The company's digital ecosystem is purpose-built for Indonesian primary care: a bilingual (ID/EN) clinic SaaS platform with ICD-10 and ICPC-2 coding, DT Hub IoMT smart hub for connected vital signs monitoring, and DT Care patient app. All products integrate with Indonesia's national health platforms (ONE HEALTH and national insurance) and follow the country's health system architecture from the Ministry of Health down to integrated health posts. DoctorTool is recognized as a WEF UpLink Venture and Top Innovator (Innovating for Asia's Demographic Future Challenge 2025), a DBS Foundation Social Enterprise Grantee 2025, a Pikiran Terbaik Negeri awardee by Indonesia’s State-owned Enterprise Foundation for anti-stunting work in East Nusa Tenggara, and a participant in the Ministry of Health's Regulatory Sandbox with a “Recommended” and “Supervised” status. The company also contributes to Indonesia's National AI Roadmap by the Ministry of Communication and Digital Affairs, backed by global partners such as IBM, Google Cloud, NVIDIA, WingArc1st, BNI, and DBS Foundation. Headquartered in Jakarta, DoctorTool is at Pre-Series A stage. Its mission, rooted in the work of Chief Medical Officer Dr. Gatot Soetono in 1970s Papua, is enduring: equal access and equal quality healthcare for every Indonesian, from Aceh to Papua.
