Our solution is unique because it simply does not yet exist. Of the small (but rapidly growing) number of seaweed farmers in the UK, most use rudimentary methods and equipment that can make processing time-consuming, hazardous and often unprofitable. At our state-of-the-art Seaweed Hub, we will provide a facility that is designed and equipped with industrial-scale seaweed processing in mind, helping to streamline the process and provide consumers with the highest grade, sustainably processed seaweed products. We will operate a low-risk, commit-to-buy system with coastal communities, assisting them with farm installation and ensuring that the most profitable routes to market are open and available to them.
