To address these challenges, they built Healo, an AI therapist and therapist-matching platform designed to adapt to each user’s personality, trauma history, culture, and language. It creates a unified and evolving care system that goes far beyond fragmented meditation apps, journaling tools, or generic chatbots. Healo runs on a proprietary AI orchestration system trained on one of the largest therapy datasets in the world, covering over 20 modalities. It uses advanced techniques like Graph RAG to deliver context-aware, therapist-like responses. Healo supports 93 languages, includes multimodal interaction (speak, hear, or text), and matches users with human therapists based on psychological fit. Built with in-house clinical experts, Healo ensures every interaction is personalized, safe, and responsible.
